Thank you for your interest in Monroeville Chrysler
Jeep. This business was established in
the early 1960's as a factory run Chrysler and Plymouth dealership until it was
bought by Wylie C. Lowe in 1965, and renamed The New Monroeville Chrysler
Plymouth. During Mr. Lowe's tenure he
expanded the vehicle showroom to what is seen today, and added a 3rd
floor to the dealership as well as many bays to prepare vehicles for sale and
delivery. Mr. Lowe led the Pittsburgh
Area in sales, always finishing yearly in the top 3 dealers. Even then, a pride was taken in the
properties appearance. From the
cleanliness of the inventory and building, to the flowing gardens and flowers,
and well-manicured lawn, Monroeville Chrysler Plymouth represented the area
well by being awarded the beautification award from the municipality many times.
In the mid 1970's, Edward J. Little graduated from Chartiers
Huston High School, and the Carpenters Union District Council through Allegheny
Community College in the four year apprentice program. After six years in the carpentry field, Mr.
Little changed directions and moved into the automotive industry. He began as a salesperson in a local Chrysler
dealer and then quickly moved through the ranks of management. Always being a Chrysler man, an opportunity
arose in 1987 at Monroeville Chrysler Plymouth and Mr. Little made his move,
eventually taking full ownership January 1st, 1989. Upon ownership, Mr. Little successfully
executed various improvements that eventually resulted in the ranking of number
one amongst Chrysler dealers in the Tri-State Area! During this time many improvements have been
made to the facility resulting in a Five Star Ranking from Chrysler. Mr. Little also founded County Line Collision
Center located at 3733 William Penn Highway Murrysville, PA 15668. County Line Collision now leads the area in
automotive and truck collision repair.
In 2003, Monroeville Chrysler acquired the Jeep franchise
and was renamed Monroeville Chrysler Jeep.
The title of National Dealer of the Year was awarded to Mr. Little for
the 2007 years performance under the guidance of General Manager Victor Olive
and his team. The reputation of honesty,
perseverance, pride and hard work is something that Mr. Little and his team
know well. We continue to lead the
Nation in overall sales and customer satisfaction.
